We offer three basic plans, and we can customize a plan that better fits your needs if you’d like. LANDLINE SERVICE PLAN
Starting at an affordable $15 per month, our Landline Plan hooks directly into your existing landline. This plan includes security, fire, and environmental monitoring services. As always, we provide 24/7 monitoring service for all of our security systems. And, if you already have a security system in place in your home, we can work with your current system — so you won’t have to spend extra money on new equipment.
WIRELESS SECURITY PLAN
Our Wireless Security Plan has all of the aforementioned features, and a few other unique benefits. This $25 per month plan also includes access to our mobile app (where you can remotely monitor and control your system). In addition, you won’t need to have a landline at your home, thanks to the integrated cellular connection that we’ll provide.
SMART HOME PLAN
Our Smart Home Plan is even better than our Wireless Security Plan. With the Smart Home Plan, you’ll enjoy all of the features listed above, plus you’ll have even greater control over your home’s security and control systems. You can access video surveillance, two-way voice communication with anyone at your door, and remote control of locks, lighting, and even the climate of your home. Take note, you’ll have to install equipment to access these features, if you don’t already have these devices installed.

Contract-free plans: Unlike the other guys, we don’t lock you into a contract. You can pay month to month of your security services, and you can cancel or pause your coverage whenever you’d like. That’s great news for folks who want to try out our services before committing to long-term coverage, and for those who may not need security services all year round.
Use your existing security system: While other security service providers require that you install their equipment, we’re adaptable. If you already have a security system in place, we can work with your current system, instead of installing a brand new system in its place — and that could save you hundreds of dollars. So, you can drop your current security provider, and we’ll take over from here.
Installs as well as surveillance: We provide both installation and surveillance services, so if you don’t currently have a security system, we can build one in you home or building. We can also install updates and additional equipment to improve your system and its features.
Intrusion monitoring: As we mentioned, we provide 24/7 intrusion monitoring. We strive to provide immediate response to any break-in attempts and security threats, so that you, your family, and your property are protected. That means that you’ll have peace of mind.
Video doorbell: Count on us to install a Ring doorbell at your front and/or back door to provide round the clock video surveillance of anyone who is approaching your house. Plus, through the Ring app, you can watch live footage and save footage of whoever approaches your home.
Fire and smoke protection: We can integrate a fire and smoke monitoring system into our security services, so that we’ll be notified of any dangerous conditions in your home. Should a fire break out, we’ll act to ensure that emergency services are on their way.
Carbon monoxide monitoring: Similarly, we can integrate a carbon monoxide system into our security services, and we’ll make sure that the air in your home remains breathable, regardless of the time of day.
Remote system access: Through our mobile and smart device app, you’ll be able to actively monitor and control various components of your security system. You can even remotely control the temperature of your home or lock and unlock your door if you have this equipment installed!

EQUIPMENT OPTIONS
Our Honeywell Security Systems
We’ve partnered with Honeywell to install premier security systems. We install both all-in-one systems (which can control a variety of systems and equipment), and traditional split systems (which simply monitor security contracts throughout your home). Most of our systems come with a standard set of features, including door and window contacts, motion detectors, key fobs, a siren, and backup batteries. In addition, we provide a one-year warranty on all of our Honeywell systems and our workmanship.
Retrofit Your Current System
As we’ve mentioned, you can retrofit your current security system so that we can provide 24/7 security coverage services. If you’re sick of your current security provider, or you simply want a more affordable, more flexible plan, then you can count on Fifteen Alarms.
Additional Equipment
On top of our Honeywell security systems, we provide a variety of additional systems which can be integrated with your security panel and our remote accessibility app. Feel free to install any and all of the following additional systems:
Full home automation systems: If you’d like to automate some of the systems of your home from your phone and the security panel, we can make it possible. Gain control over the climate, lights, locks, and other equipment through our whole-home automation systems.
Digital cellular monitors: If you have a landline but you’d like the added protection of a digital cellular monitoring, should your landline fail, we can install a monitoring device. Our digital cellular monitors communicate through a cellular signal, instead of over a landline.
Live camera surveillance: You can create a live camera feed to surveil cameras throughout your property. We also have recording and remote monitoring features for our camera systems.
Video doorbells: Install a Ring doorbell to turn your doorbell into a high-tech security device. With the Ring system, you can monitor who is at your door, and you can record any interactions in front of the Ring camera.
Monitored smoke detectors: We can link smoke detectors to your security network, so that we can provide round the clock monitoring of these detectors. If there is a fire on your property, we’ll be the first to know and respond.
